We are pleased to announce that HSM Aero has achieved ISO14001. This achievement highlights our commitment to sustainability and paves the way for an integrated Business Management System.

ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out requirements for an environmental management system. The certification places great focus on environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reducing wastage.

HSM Aero operate at a 30,000 sq ft premises with 16 CNC machining centres including 8 5-axis machines, a Star 32mm sliding head lathe and a Matsuura 5-axis multi-pallet machine. We recently invested in 3KW Fibre Laser and Brake Presses and are able to service complex tier-one and OEM requirements as standard.

Our capabilities provide an assured single-source for mechanical manufacturing requirements.

Our commitment to manufacturing products in an environmentally sustainable way, utilising a lean manufacturing process and leveraging industry standards for best practice ensures HSM remains focused on delivering quality solutions.

The HSM Aero Hertfordshire facility achieved this certification in March of this year and we are proud to be associated with a certification focused on the environment and sustainability.

HSM Aero has refocussed on its core customers in defence and aerospace, further investing in and recently qualifying, an in-house paint capability.
